1. Nature of Services
MSGodbole Advisory provides professional advisory and support services including but not limited to costing & pricing advisory, MSME scheme assistance, GST review and support, accounts review, MIS reporting, internal audit, legal documentation support, investor compliance support, and labour code advisory. Services are provided based on information and documents shared by the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, share necessary documents on time, respond to queries and clarification requests promptly, and ensure authenticity of submitted documents and data. MSGodbole Advisory shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or consequences arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by clients.
3. Professional Limitation
Our services are advisory and support-oriented in nature. Final decisions, approvals, compliance filings, investments, business actions, and legal responsibilities remain solely with the client. Government approvals, subsidies, scheme sanctions, tax outcomes, or legal decisions cannot be guaranteed.
4. MSME Scheme & Government Assistance Disclaimer
Eligibility for government schemes depends on applicable government policies, departmental approvals, documentation quality, and regulatory criteria. MSGodbole Advisory does not guarantee loan approvals, subsidy disbursement, government sanctions, or faster processing timelines.
5. Fees & Payments
Professional fees shall be communicated separately. Fees once paid may be non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing. Additional work outside agreed scope may attract separate charges. Government fees, filing fees, legal fees, or third-party charges are payable separately by the client.
6. Confidentiality
All reasonable efforts are made to maintain confidentiality of client information and documents. However, electronic communication may carry inherent security risks. We shall not be liable for unauthorized access caused by factors beyond reasonable control.
7. Limitation of Liability
MSGodbole Advisory shall not be liable for business losses, financial losses, penalties imposed by authorities, missed opportunities, delays caused by third parties or government departments, or decisions taken based on advisory discussions. Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the professional fees paid for the specific service.
8. Third-Party Platforms & Software
Clients may use third-party platforms such as GST portals, MCA portal, banking systems, accounting software, and government websites. We are not responsible for portal downtime, technical failures, software issues, or data loss caused by third-party systems.
9. Intellectual Property
All reports, formats, templates, advisory documents, and content prepared by MSGodbole Advisory remain intellectual property of the firm unless agreed otherwise. Clients may use such material only for internal business purposes.
10. Website Usage
Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use website content without permission. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse is detected.

Our website may contain links to external websites for informational purposes. MSGodbole Advisory is not responsible for third-party content, accuracy of external information, or privacy practices of external websites.
